When you list items for sale:

  • You guarantee that you own the item and have the right to sell it
  • You must accurately describe the item's condition, including any flaws
  • You agree to our commission and fee structure
  • You must ship items within 3 business days of sale confirmation
  • You accept returns in accordance with our Return Policy

6. Authentication Guarantee

All items sold on Chai Cart undergo authentication by our expert team. We guarantee:

  • Every item is verified for authenticity before shipping
  • Counterfeit items will be rejected and reported
  • Full refund for any item proven to be inauthentic

7. Pricing and Payments

Prices: All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (Rs) and include applicable taxes. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Payment Methods: We accept JazzCash and EasyPaisa. All payments are processed securely through these platforms.

Transaction Fees: A small processing fee may apply to certain transactions.

8. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping times vary by location and seller
  • Free shipping on orders over Rs 10,000
  • International shipping available to select countries
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

9. Returns and Refunds
